Information we collect

• Details you send via the contact form or email (name, email, project notes).
• Messages you type in the on-site assistant. Those messages are sent to our server so an AI model can draft a reply. We do not store chat transcripts as a CRM.
• Basic technical data from hosting/analytics providers (e.g. pages visited, device type, approximate location) if enabled by our host.
• Theme preference stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so light/dark mode can remember your choice.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and discuss project work.
• To answer questions typed into the on-site assistant.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations if required.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted providers (such as email, form delivery, hosting, and an AI provider that drafts assistant replies) who process data only to deliver their service. Demo sites linked from our Work page are separate projects with their own practices.

Storage & retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to manage the conversation and any related project. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer required.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing enquiries@ogdigitaldesigns.com.au. You may also clear site data in your browser to remove local preferences.
